How much do you charge?
Every wedding is different, and every couple has a unique perspective. We find it unhelpful to offer set packages, as they invariably don't quite fit with what you're looking for. So we price each wedding, portrait session or elopement based on our couple's individual needs & requirements. Our average client investment is £7495. Please get in touch and we will work together on a specific investment figure for you.
How do we book you?
Once we have spoken and you have decided on the collection you'd like to go for, we will send you a contract for you to review & sign. A deposit of 50% is payable on booking, with the remainder due 1 month before your wedding day. You are then officially booked in!
Do you work with third shooters?
We are more than happy to cover most typical weddings by ourselves. As a married couple (and after shooting hundreds of weddings together) we have a sixth sense for how the other works. Tom's outgoing nature balances Ola's quiet attention to detail on a wedding day, providing a relaxed and seamless experience for you. Having said that, if your celebration is on the larger size, we can bring in more of our team and provide second & third shooters or assistants if necessary.
Can we customise our collection?
Absolutely! We don't offer set packages as every celebration & couple are different. Let us know your requirements and we'll build a collection to match you.
Are travel & Accommodation included?
Travel & accommodation are not included in the collection price. We will work with you on these costs before any decision is made by you, and add it on to your custom collection. Unless otherwise specified, we will handle our own travel & accommodation arrangements, leaving you to worry about the all important wedding details!
Do you offer videography services?
Yes! We have members of our team who specialise in videography, so please do ask.

When do you arrive?
Typically, we'll arrive the morning of the wedding before our coverage starts. When we are shooting somewhere new, we extend this time to make sure we're fully familiar with the venue and have a detailed plan in place before we start. For multiple-day events, we often arrive a day or two before to scout & make a plan.
What equipment do you use?
We use a variety of Nikon mirrorless digital cameras, and a selection of prime lenses. Backup cameras, lenses, memory cards & batteries are an essential part of our tool kit, and each camera writes the same image to multiple cards for the sake of safety. All of our equipment is regularly checked and serviced to make sure it's performing optimally.
What happens if you are ill?
Touch wood, this is a situation we have yet to encounter! We plan our work and personal lives carefully, and leave ample travel time to minimise this risk. But should the worst happen, we would do our utmost to arrange a replacement photography service of a similar caliber using our extensive network. Alternatively, we'd refund your full investment and you would be free to make own arrangements.
Should we share a shot list with you?
Please feel free to share details of any important family members, family heirlooms/jewellery that you'd like included, special locations, or any information on tricky relationships (divorces etc) that may be of use to us before the day. We work to a carefully planned and selected shot list ourselves, so it's really helpful to receive these requests in good time.
How many images should we expect?
50-80 images per hour of coverage is usual, depending on the portion of the day we're photographing. We're extremely careful about the images we choose to include in your final collection - blinking, blurry & unflattering images will be omitted.
DO you cover family groups?
Of course - family groups are a wonderful way of creating beautiful portraits of those closest to you. We endeavour to get to know everyone important to you, but in the hustle and bustle of a wedding day this can be a little tricky. Please ensure you have informed your key family members of when & where to be for the family groups. We will work with you and your planner/coordinator to allocate plenty of time to this in advance.
Are these images retouched?
All images receive basic exposure, white balance, and colour correction as a minimum. We can also apply minor blemish removal and a certain amount of cropping if necessary. If you require additional editing such as head swapping, major background changes or makeup adjustments etc, we can provide this at an additional charge that will be discussed with you in detail beforehand.
How do you manage timings on the day?
One of our standard services is a full timeline preparation - we work closely with you & your planner/coordinator to make sure every minute of the day is accounted for. Sticking to this timeline will ensure you get the best photographic result possible - overrunning with your hair & makeup in the morning, for example, can be costly for your bridal portraits. Having said that, we've seen our fair share of weddings and totally appreciate things can run off-schedule from time-to-time! We'll also strive to be as accommodating as possible to your other vendors. Over a decade of experience helps us here; we're practised at thinking on our feet and making the best of any situation.
What happens if it rains?
Prior to your wedding, we'll work together to create a Plan A, B & C for use depending on varying weather conditions. Should the weather prove to be an unsurmountable barrier and you are forced to reschedule your day, we will do all we can to be accommodating and flexible.
